  San Diego Family Magazine has published a feature article in their August issue entitled "The Power of Puppetry".  It is all about KOBSD and highlights our activities and how people can become involved.

• February 2008
  We are delighted to announce the establishment of a new troop of puppeteers.  They are all volunteers from the Southern Indian Health Council in the eastern part of San Diego County.
  
  They will perform in various areas on reservations in the eastern part of the county,  in schools and other venues, including schools in Pine Valley, Campo, and other nearby communities.
  
  They have already begun performing programs on Tobacco Use Prevention, Bullying, and Multi-culturalism.  We are pleased to welcome them.
